Eligible Refund Cases
- Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the purchased service within the agreed timeframe due to internal issues and lack of communication, you may request a full refund upon verification.
- Service Not As Described: If the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon scope or specifications, clients must provide clear evidence proving that the service is not as described. We will either revise the service to meet expectations or issue a partial refund if necessary.
- Technical Limitations Preventing Completion: If technical constraints prevent us from fulfilling the service, a partial or full refund may be issued, depending on the extent of work completed.
- Major Defects or Errors: In the case of unexpected technical errors, we will attempt to rectify the issue within 72 hours. If we fail to do so, a refund or a suitable alternative service of equal value may be provided.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted if a client decides to cancel the service after work has started.
- Completed Work: Once a service has been successfully delivered and approved, refunds will not be issued.
- Client Non-Responsiveness: Failure to provide necessary information, approvals, or feedback required for project completion will result in the forfeiture of a refund request.
- Dissatisfaction Without Valid Justification: Refund requests based on personal preferences or expectations that were not agreed upon in the service scope will not be entertained.
- Third-Party Issues: We are not responsible for refund claims arising due to third-party interference, such as changes in search engine algorithms (for SEO services), platform policies, or hosting/server issues beyond our control.

- Service Revisions: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to request reasonable revisions before seeking a refund.
- Subscription-Based Services: If you have signed up for ongoing services (e.g., SEO, digital marketing), cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: If a client initiates a chargeback without first seeking a resolution through our support team, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with the payment processor.
